Ha ha when I was little I never went anywhere without my cowgirl hat, my holster and my guns. I was going to be Annie Oakley when I grew up don't ya know!
What a darling photo, I remember Kewpie Dolls! Isn't it fun looking through old pictures?
Lester Holt he trainded horses at santa anita, hollywood park , del mar and golden gate fields [link] this was his resturant. in the last years of his life he adopted a woman in her 60's. he had lost his mind, but the lawyers didnt care. he was worth 7 million dollars. she had him take me off his will.
What a bitch! Seems to me you could have contested that will if you wanted to go through all that. Ha for 7 million I think I would have given it a try!
I love Santa Anita it's such a classy looking track, Del Mar's nice too, not so much Hollywood Park it's in a pretty bad neighborhood. When I was showing my horses we had a show at Santa Anita and at Del Mar. It was nice because you could take the horses out on the beach but I couldn't believe the stalls they had, big ol' nails sticking out of them, rotting wood and we had to fill trash cans for water. Next time I see my dad I'll ask him about Lester Holt, I'm sure he's heard of him they were at the tracks every week-end for years and were pretty up on all the trainers. God I'm still pissed about what that woman did to you, I just hate greedy people!
for the past 2 1/2 years i've lived with my boyfriend and he's allergic to cats-so we can't have any...and all the cats i'd had at my parent's house died...so-no kitties i really miss having them-i do go to the shelter sometimes to play with the cats there though-that helps
